SYNTAX	GfxEllipse( x1, y1, x2, y2 )
RETURNS	NOTHING
FUNCTION	Draws an ellipse. The center of the ellipse is the center of the bounding rectangle specified by x1, y1, x2, and y2. The ellipse is drawn with the current pen, and its interior is filled with the current brush. Parameters x1 - x-coordinate of the upper left corner of the bounding rectangle y1 - y-coordinate of the upper left corner of the bounding rectangle x2 - x-coordinate of the lower right corner of the bounding rectangle y2 - y-coordinate of the lower right corner of the bounding rectangle NOTE: This is LOW-LEVEL graphic function.
